Responsibilities- You will be a healthcare provider who specializes in suspected or known heart diseases.
- Your position will include outpatient and telehealth visits.
- You will provide consultations, coordinate pacemaker and defibrillator monitoring, and administer IV medications.
- You will oversee stress testing and deliver educational presentations to patients and providers.
- This role allows for work‑life balance with Monday‑Friday hours, and no hospital call or weekend requirements.
- Current and unrestricted APRN license or willingness to obtain a medical license in the state of Florida.
- Graduate of an accredited APRN program at an accredited university.
- Board certification as a nurse practitioner.
- At least one year of experience working as a cardiovascular nurse practitioner.
- Experience with pacemaker/ICD monitoring.
- Screening for TB required if selected for this role.
- AACC credential.
- Experience with dobutamine pump.
- Experience in electrophysiology.
- Experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients, with understanding of best practice in a coordinated care environment.
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage.
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators.
40 hours per week (Monday‑Friday). No hospital call or weekend requirements.
Pay$123,800 – $170,300 per year. Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
