Position OverviewWe’re seeking caring, dependable RNs and LPNs to join our team for a part‑time day shift opportunity. This position is ideal for nurses who value meaningful, individualized patient care in a supportive, family‑centered environment.
Location:
South Tampa, FL
Schedule:
3 days per week | 10‑hour shifts
- Deliver safe, skilled 1:1 in‑home nursing care
- Follow personalized care plans as directed by physicians
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and caregivers
- Document care accurately and report any changes promptly
- Active Florida or Compact RN/LPN license (required)
- Pediatric experience (preferred)
- Experience with G‑tubes, trachs, or ventilators (a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills

LPN: $25 – $31 per hour
RN: $32 – $35 per hour
