Seasonal Registered Nurse – Cath Lab (Job Number:

)
Inter Health Medical Staffing Solutions, a division of Tampa General Hospital, is hiring seasonal nurses for 13‑week contracts in the Cath Lab. Candidates will benefit from a Magnet‑designated nursing team and may have opportunities to convert to full‑time or part‑time roles or extend the contract.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care during cardiac/interventional radiology procedures using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and record patient data in accordance with hospital policies.
- Assist with life‑saving actions such as CPR and defibrillation and monitor patients during conscious sedation.
- Administer medications for advanced interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures including STEMI, PCI, balloon angioplasty, and stent placement.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (minimum).
- Florida RN license.
- Board certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
- Minimum of one year experience in a Cath Lab.
