Family Nurse Practitioner Float (170667)
Location: Tampa, FL 33647
Pay: $74.87/hr.
Schedule: 2 weeks training:
Mon-Fri, 8‑hour shifts then 4 x 10‑hour shifts/week (includes every other weekend, possible holiday rotation)
We are hiring a Float Nurse Practitioner to support a retail clinic in Tampa, FL. In this role you will provide evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while collaborating with a dedicated clinical care team to improve outcomes for a panel of patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing care management
- Provide health counseling, patient education, and disposition planning
- Document care accurately using electronic medical systems (EMR/EMS)
- Work collaboratively with clinic staff and clinical leadership to deliver quality outcomes
- Maintain clinic readiness and follow safety‑sensitive workplace expectations
