Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified OR RN in Naples, Florida, 34119.

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with Call | Onsite | May be required to float between campuses as needed

• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning for patient care in the operating room
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other personnel to deliver safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with State Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and regulatory standards
• Ensure availability and readiness of surgical supplies and maintain timeliness of cases
• Scrub and assist physicians during surgical procedures as required
• Communicate with patients' families and update physician preference cards
• Supervise personnel involved in the delivery of patient care within the surgical department

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience with demonstrated strength in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, and/or Urology
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR

• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
• Experience floating between multiple surgical campuses or departments
