APP - Primary Care Network, Apopka

Advent Health Primary Care Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. This role offers a supportive practice environment, broad clinical exposure, and the opportunity to care for patients across the lifespan whilemaintaininga sustainable work-life balance.

This model focuses on delivering comprehensive care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. We place a strong emphasis on patient-centered care within the network through patient engagement, digital health tools, cultural sensitivity, and accessible locations.

• Flexible 4- or 5-day workweekwith no weekend office hours
• Minimal call responsibilities with shared holiday rotation

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary careto pediatric through geriatric patients, including women’s health
• Deliverindependent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpretdiagnostic testing, including labs and imaging
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referralsto physicians or specialists as needed
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care
• Deliver care with aprofessional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach

• Master’s degree innursing (FNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred
• Experience caring for patients of all agesand managing acute and chronic conditions strongly preferred

• Active Florida APRN or PA-C license
• Active DEA license
• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification
• BLSrequired; ACLS (preferred)
