• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in neonatal intensive care or related field

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a 28‑bed Level III NICU environment
• Perform daily neonatal rounding, management, and assessments
• Support approximately 2,700 annual deliveries with high‑risk obstetric support
• Attend high‑risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations, performing neonatal procedures as needed
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary team members
• Exercise autonomous clinical judgment and decision‑making
• Work alongside a dedicated neonatal transport team and utilize subspecialty support services
• Contribute to a team‑oriented practice promoting quality, safety, and excellent patient outcomes
• Potentially participate in educational programs with medical students from local institutions

• Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner licensure in Florida
• Minimum of 2 years NICU experience, preferably in a Level III setting
• Strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage complex neonates and support high‑risk deliveries
• Willingness to reside in the immediate Panama City area (relocation may be required)
