How often will this team member be working remotely? Never

The Operating Room RN responsibilities include:

• RN independently cares for a sub‑specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
• RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
• RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization
• RN also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned

This position requires a minimum of two years of RN experience. For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year of RN experience in the Cardiovascular Operating Room or Operating Room. Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is strongly preferred for this role.
