RoleThe Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) is a member of the Sales & Marketing Team, supporting the Professional Relations Representatives through development of community education and presentations. The CNE designs curriculum based on education needs identified in the market.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current Florida license as RN, current active single-state out-of-state nurse license, or current active multistate/compact nurse license
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in teaching, training or an organizational development role or equivalent nursing experience
- Experience creating quality customized training content from assessment to development to implementation and evaluation
- Experience including hospice, palliative, home health or healthcare preferred
- Mobile Driver - Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance per Company policy
- Ability to travel off‑site to meet business needs
- Strong internal and external customer service skills
- Highly organized with ability to multitask, adapt quickly, prioritize workload, meet deadlines, manage several projects at one time, and utilize time effectively
- Team‑oriented, positive and proactive, comfortable in a very visible, high‑volume environment
- Outstanding facilitation and presentation skills both individually and in large groups. Must display a high level of energy and self‑motivation
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building with the ability to connect quickly and authentically with people from a variety of different professional and cultural backgrounds
- Proficient in using MS Office applications with key strengths in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and/or Project

- Supports assessment, development and implementation of training and development programs for Community Partners including hospitals, assisted living facilities (ALFs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), physicians, and community organizations
- Conducts train the trainer sessions to ensure successes of training and development initiatives
- Performs electronic administration for all training programs including scheduling, publicizing, tracking of attendance, reporting on required training programs and preparation of materials
- Obtains CME and/or CE accreditation for new educational programs
- Develops new curriculum based on market needs analysis
- Works with Sales & Marketing to support strategic initiatives through education and community advocacy
- Implements educational programs and care standards that comply with the Organization's policies, procedures, and all requirements from regulatory and accrediting agencies
- Implements communication and marketing strategies to support the training program
- Serves as an educational consultant to task forces, committees, and projects relating to policy, procedure and program development
- Performs other duties as assigned
Pay Range: $67,976.53 - $
