Immediate RN Career Opportunity in Home Health:
West Pasco Region. We are hiring Registered Nurse (RN) part‑time or full‑time role, flexible work schedule, travel to patient sites for in‑home care. Multiple openings in North Tampa, East Pasco or West Pasco regions. Excellent opportunity to supplement income while keeping primary job.

First Light Home Health Care provides clinicians with a manageable patient caseload, one‑to‑one in‑home health setting which allows them the time needed to ensure quality patient care, outcomes and good work‑life balance. Ideal role for RNs who enjoy meeting patients and families in a home casual setting, good flexibility to work as per visit basis and get paid by hourly basis.

A welcome relief from more stressful multiple patient care in same hour in a facility environment.

• Implement patient‑centered geriatric care delivery.
• Communicate and collaborate with team and patient families, demonstrating critical thinking skills.
• Maintain electronic medical record documentation, preferably with Axxess software.
• Travel to visit patients in their home setting and adhere to a culture of quality care, patient satisfaction, compliance, self‑initiative and positive work environment.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current RN license in FL.
• At least two years of RN clinical experience in acute care, SNF, hospice or home health.
• Current CPR certification, driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Attractive pay per visit in acute care.
• Travel mileage reimbursement.
• Holiday pay and paid time off (vacation) after meeting minimum patient visits.
