A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Labor & Delivery team. This position offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to mothers and newborns in a collaborative and supportive hospital environment.

• Provide direct nursing care to labor and delivery patients using the nursing process and established clinical standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and postpartum care
• Identify patients at risk for injury and maintain a safe care environment
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Demonstrate professional accountability and commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous development

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of one year of Labor and Delivery RN experience required
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
