We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families about healthcare needs and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and guidelines

• Valid LPN license
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• CPR certification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
