• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve patient-centered care goals.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida.
• Current CPR certification.

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
