Job Description
Homewatch Care Givers is seeking a Part‑Time Home Care Nurse Supervisor for our Tampa office. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. This is an in‑office and field‑based role (no remote work).
In addition to clinical oversight, this role will serve as an additional administrator for the agency
, supporting audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and assisting leadership in achieving and maintaining licensure for skilled services.
As a Nurse Supervisor, you will build meaningful relationships with clients and caregivers, expand your skill set, and receive CEUs through our free online learning university.

- Perform new client assessments/admissions
- Conduct quality assurance and supervisory visits
- Communicate with staff, clients, and families to ensure proper execution of care plans
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, caregivers, and care team members
- Monitor caregiver compliance with company policies and client care plans
- Assist with employee training during onboarding and throughout caregiver tenure
- Maintain knowledge of home care practices to ensure compliance with Florida state regulations
- Serve as an additional administrator supporting:
- Agency audits and survey readiness
- Regulatory compliance and documentation standards
- Policy and procedure development and updates
- Preparation and support for skilled service licensure
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure the agency meets all state and accreditation requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- 3+ years of home care, home health, or hospice experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of state regulations, compliance, and audit processes (preferred)
- Must maintain nursing license and required competencies in accordance with agency policies
- Bilingual (preferred but not required)
- Job Type: Part‑Time
- Occasional weekend and evening coverage required
