Clinical Assistant LPN - DSL

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor Assistant. In this role, you will support the Clinical Supervisor in overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, scheduling and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Supervisor in scheduling, managing documentation and coordinating clinical staff activities.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of patient care plans.

• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist supervisors with office reports, productivity tracking, and workflow coordination.

• Help conduct staff training, evaluations, and performance assessments.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports.

• Facilitate communication between clinical staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.

• Assist in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support clinical supervisory functions.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Previous clinical experience, preferably in-home health.

• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare administration, home health, medical office, and/or insurance administrative work.

• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficiency in Wellsky/Kinnser EMR system.
