RN-Registered Nurse – PRN​/Part-time

- Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN/Part‑time role, flexible work schedule, travel to patient sites in home care. Multiple openings in North Tampa, East Pasco or West Pasco regions. Excellent opportunity to supplement income while keeping primary job.

First Light Home Health Care provides clinicians with a manageable patient caseload, one‑to‑one in‑home health setting which allows them the time needed to ensure quality patient care, outcomes and good work‑life balance. A welcome relief from the more stressful multiple patient care in a facility environment.

First Light is seeking RNs to implement patient‑centered geriatric care delivery; strong communication, collaboration with team, patient families and critical thinking skills are imperative. RNs must be comfortable and proficient with electronic medical record documentation. Experience with Axxess software would be helpful. At least two years of hospital, SNF, hospice or home health experience in acute care. Candidates have flexible work day options in daily assignments and have the ability to travel to visit patients in their home setting, focused goal on culture of quality care, patient satisfaction, compliance, self‑initiatives and positive work environment.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Current RN license in FL.
• Two years of RN clinical experience in acute care, SNF, hospice, home health.
• Current CPR certification, driver’s license and reliable transportation.
