Naph Care has a partnership with NetCE that provides CEU/CME for our staff. NetCE uses a rigorous peer‑review process to ensure that all activities and content are up-to-date. This service streamlines continuing education for all Naph Care employees to meet state‑specific requirements for maintaining licensing.

• Develop and implement an effective staff education program, coordinating individualized orientation and continuing education for all nursing staff.
• Track and trend statistical information to ensure ongoing competence and clinical competency of nursing personnel.
• Collaborate with nursing administration and compliance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and facility policies.
• Facilitate training affiliation agreements with local nursing schools and develop, review and revise policies as required.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the field through ongoing education and attending meetings and conferences as assigned.

• Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing or another healthcare‑related field.
• At least 2 years of post‑licensure clinical nursing experience.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice as an RN in the state of FL.
• Valid CPR certification.
