ResCarSpec DirLPN - MDS Coordinator

Are you an LPN with prior Minimum Data Set (MDS) experience? Then join our Team! Position:
Part-time, 20 hours per week. As an MDS Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring the center stays in compliance with current professional practice standards, physician's orders, company policies and procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations.

• Develop, implement, and coordinate the RAI process (MDS).
• Ensure compliance with professional practice standards, physician s orders, company policies and procedures, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs, long-term care payer systems, OBRA, the RAI process, and the MDS process (preferred) or prior nursing experience in a long-term care facility.
