Role
Emergency Room Registered Nurse responsible for providing acute care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety, and integrating organizational values into clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Assume accountability for patient assessment, treatment, and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience, including 1 year in ER
- Valid RN license in practice state (compact license accepted)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Provide emergency nursing care during 12-hour night shifts
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
- Utilize industry-leading technology for documentation and communication
