Lake Haven Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team in Dunedin, FL. The ADON will support the Director of Nursing, oversee nursing staff, and ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.
Qualified candidates are RN licensed in Florida with at least 3 years in nursing, preferably in long-term care, and strong leadership and communication skills. Occasional Med Pass support may be required; PCC experience is a plus.
