We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Wound Care team at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher in Tampa, Florida. As a Registered Nurse
- Wound Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality wound care to our patients, promoting healing, and improving their overall health and well-being.

• Assess patients' wounds and develop individualized care plans to promote wound healing and prevention
• Implement evidence-based wound care practices, including debridement, dressing changes, and topical therapies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize wound care outcomes
• Educate patients and families on wound care and preventive measures
