Registered Nurses use the nursing process to effectively plan and manage quality patient care. Biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational and discharge planning needs are addressed in all steps of the nursing process. This is demonstrated in base-line and comparative documentation, entered in a timely manner, and with evidence of age-appropriate consideration when care is planned, delivered, and evaluated.

** serves patients with a number of hematological conditions, including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, aplastic anemia and MDS, as well as select solid tumors. After individually assessing each patient's condition, our multispecialty team recommends the most appropriate transplant option. We routinely perform:

* High-intensity and reduced-intensity transplants

** Position Highlights:
*** The Cellular Therapy Nurse Coordinator I, is an experienced Registered Nurse with a history of working with Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Immunotherapy patients. This person will serve as a primary nurse in the outpatient setting for a designated population of patients (primarily pre-BMT-CI and post-BMT-CI patients, but may also include patients with the diagnoses for which a transplant is indicated).

Patients may be in the period from initial consult through long-term follow-up.
