U.S. Renal Care in Tampa, FL is seeking a Home Therapy Nurse to train and support patients choosing home dialysis modalities. You will conduct home visits, provide patient and care partner education, document care in the EMR, and participate in quality improvement activities.
Normal schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-call rotation as needed. CPR certification and state RN license required. Experience in hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis is preferred.
