Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert, compassionate nursing care to patients in the Cardiovascular Operating Room
  • Assist surgeons with complex cardiac and vascular procedures
  • Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively, ensuring optimal safety and outcomes
  • Support and educate patients and their families during perioperative periods
  • Maintain strict adherence to sterile protocols and facility policies
  • Collaborate effectively with surgical, anesthesia, and ancillary staff
Qualifications
  • Active RN license and eligibility to practice in the state
  • Recent experience in CVOR, preferably in high-acuity settings
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

$1,693 - $1,790/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
