Tampa | Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 7am-7pm (during school and after school)

North Bay Home Health is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one care for a low-acuity pediatric school case. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a young student's health needs in both school and home settings while building meaningful connections.

Male nurses encouraged to apply

• Patient:
  Adolescent male with a tracheostomy (not vented) and feeding tube
• Mobility:
  Wheelchair user; able to assist with transfers
• Setting:
  Home and school support
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 7am-7pm

• Provide morning care and accompany patient to/from school bus
• Deliver continuous, individualized nursing support during the school day
• Administer tube feedings and prescribed medications
• Monitor health status and respond promptly to needs
• Communicate with family, school staff, and interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate daily documentation

• Active RN or LPN license (Florida or Compact/Multi-State) - Required
• Current BLS/CPR certification
  - Required
• Current TB test
  - Required
• Preferred:
  Experience with trach care, tube feeding, or pediatric nursing

• LPN: $23 - $32/hour
• RN: $32 - $35/hour
