• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Measure, record, and report vital signs and health observations promptly to supervising nursing staff.
• Support resident mobility, safe transfers, positioning, and ambulation following individualized care plans.
• Assist with mealtime setup, dining support, and monitoring hydration/nutritional intake.
• Maintain clean, safe, and therapeutic resident living areas and care environments.
• Complete accurate, timely daily care logs and documentation in accordance with facility standards.
• Provide emotional and social support while promoting resident dignity, independence, and confidentiality.
• Follow all safety, emergency, and infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment for all residents and staff.

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida.
• Minimum 1 year (12 months) of experience in senior care, rehabilitation, long-term care, or hospital settings.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and assist residents with physical mobility needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Dependable, empathetic, and capable of working effectively within a clinical care team.
