Patient Care Leader - RN
Bay Care Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Neuro PCU
team at St. Joseph’s Hospital as a Patient Care Leader

The Patient Care Leader responsibilities include:
- Leading the practice of nursing and manages care on the patient care unit.
- RN is proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a broad level of accountability for outcomes.
- Providing 24/7 accountability care for assigned patients.
- Promoting evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Qualifications:
Certifications and Licensures:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
- RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
- ACLS Certification, if required by department
- Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing is required
Experience:
- 2 years of RN experience in acute care is required.
