The role.The Assistant Nurse Manager will support frontline leadership and operations within a Surgical Neuro ICU environment. This position involves partnering with nursing staff and unit leadership to oversee patient care delivery, maintain unit standards, and provide supervisory support during the mid-shift hours of 3p-11p.
What we're looking for.- Some leadership experience required, specifically in a charge nurse or Assistant Nurse Manager capacity.
