Carle Health is seeking an RN for the NT6 Observation unit. The 43-bed unit provides acute care for cardiac, general surgery and behavioral health patients with a typical 24–48 hour length of stay. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:5–6.
A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for external applicants with a 3-year commitment. Responsibilities include assessments, plan of care, and documentation; administer nursing care per unit standards; ensure patient and staff safety; and collaborate with physicians
