The Nurse Resident will initiate a professional nursing practice career in a supportive environment at Moffitt Cancer Center, with a structured transition-to-practice experience and mentoring to develop clinical and leadership skills.
Two 18-bed units specialize in Blood and Marrow Transplant patients; residents will participate in mandatory education and will be evaluated on progress throughout the 12-month program, including orientation of 12–16 weeks per unit.
