Foreman Maintenance Division

Seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Foreman to oversee a crew. Responsibilities include following company policies, ensuring daily jobs are completed on schedule, and maintaining accurate records of timesheets and equipment inventories. Reliable attendance and attention to landscaping details are essential. A valid Florida driver's license with company insurance qualification is a plus.

• Complete scheduled work, delegate responsibilities to crew members, and coordinate tasks on-site.
• Operate, clean, and inspect landscape equipment; report deficiencies.
• Train and supervise crew members in landscape services.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards, PPE, and proper lifting techniques.
• Follow regulations on hazardous materials handling.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct with personnel and clients.

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50 pounds; stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Work full time, including weekends and holidays.
• Provide documentation of legal work authorization.
• Operate landscape and irrigation tools safely.
• Identify plants and their watering needs.
• Use hand tools such as rakes, shovels, pruners, etc.
• Install or remove sod, mulch, and soil amendments.
• Install edging and plant flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Water plants properly.
• Lead and manage crew activities and work sequencing.
• Manage budgeted hours and report on job progress.
• Communicate equipment, labor, and material needs to management.
• Identify utility lines before digging and report hazards.
