ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $18.50 per hour-$20.00 per hour.
Work HoursThe work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Key PurposeAs a Compliance Coordinator with ISS Facility Services, you will provide oversight compliance to ensure all regulatory companies, policies and procedures are followed. This is a supervisory role, and this individual will be expected to approach leads and cabin cleaners to provide constructive feedback.
Responsibilities Include- Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures, and stop at risk behavior of others and self
- Audit day-to-day operations for regulatory and procedural compliance
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions where discrepancies are identified
- Perform thorough quality checks
- Ensure 100% compliance with the AA Cabin Appearance Manual
- Provide feedback to correct performance failures
- Track training and develop a plan to ensure all staff are 100% compliant on training records
- Ensure all safety cards are current in stock
- Report to Cabin Service Management with audit findings
- Meet with ISS GM to discuss any training and audit information
- Ensure all chemicals are properly labeled
- Fill in during staff shortage
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Have the ability to recognize and understand safety signs and building warning systems
- Must be able to understand safety requirements and company handbook expectations
- Must be able to provide top notch customer service to ISS customers and guests
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be to read and understand standard business documentation (e.g. contract language)
- Possess solid written and oral communication skills
- Have strong organizational and team building skills
- Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment

- Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
- Walking up and down stairs continuously
- Hearing Protection is required while working on the ramp
- Exposure to all outside weather conditions
- Will be working with chemicals in a confined space
