TheOpportunity
We are looking to add driven, high-energy professionals to our growing team. This is a critical role that requires innovative, out-of-the-box thinking to effectively develop, maintain, and improve quality processes across the organization.
This position goes beyond routine compliance and process oversight. Success in this role requires the ability to challenge conventional approaches, drive change, and align quality objectives with business goals.
What You’ll Do- Plan and conduct internal/external audits to varying compliance standards and identify operational bottlenecks. Develop mitigation plans and monitor effectiveness.
- Support organizational scalability by developing repeatable, sustainable, and documented business processes that support growth.
- Lead efforts to achieve and maintain applicable quality certifications and accreditations.
- Facilitate cross-functional process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, client satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Integrate quality management principles into business processes throughout the organization to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Develop process maps, workflows, flowcharts, and procedural documentation across business functions.
- Develop and maintain quality directives, policies, and procedures, and support client quality inquiries and resolution efforts to ensure compliance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of anti-counterfeit electronic component identification, inspection methodologies, and industry standards.
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and quality requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with quality management software preferred.
- ISO
9001, AS9120, ISO
14001, and ISO
27001. - Root Cause Analysis, Risk Management, and Process Analysis.
- Process mapping methodologies and workflow design.
- $70,000 Annual Salary

- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (includes a paid lunch break and afternoon break)
