# Fixed QC Team Lead Tampa Corporate - TAMPA, FL 33634## Description
** Position Summary
** The Team Lead role is primarily responsible for providing support to the Manager and the team. This support is in the form of ensuring other team members have adequate work, are following policies and procedures, support change implementation and moving work to fabrication labs.
** Essential Duties
*** Assist with the working interview process of potential technical candidates.
* Train new Quality Control technicians to DDS SOP and work instructions.
* Assist in reconciliation of cases missing materials and unknown buffer.
* Assist in reconciliation of cases to be combined with materials In-House and or at the fabrication lab once research of case is established.
* Provide constructive coaching and feedback through verbal or written training documentation.
* Assist or lead efforts to make changes to SOP’s and work instructions required to drive improvement and efficiency.
* Prioritize tasks on the production floor with incoming cases and buffer organization by dates and assist on the Qc as business needs changes.
* Build and promote a team-based approach to production and continuous improvement with positive efforts and consistency on work performed.
* Respond to variances in volume by communicating with manager and adjusting labor distribution when need to do so.
* Communicate individual and team goals and provide coaching and training as needed to achieve set goals, create a workspace that minimizes interruptions and self-motivate others to complete tasks.
* Align expectations on overtime hours, Including Saturdays upon business needs.
* FQC* Other duties as assigned.## Qualifications
* Ability to problem solve across functional areas of DDS.
* Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
* Ability to learn IT systems and analyze data.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
