What You’ll Do
- Plan and conduct internal/external audits to varying compliance standards and identify operational bottlenecks. Develop mitigation plans and monitor effectiveness.
- Support organizational scalability by developing repeatable, sustainable, and documented business processes that support growth.
- Lead efforts to achieve and maintain applicable quality certifications and accreditations.
- Facilitate cross-functional process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, client satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Integrate quality management principles into business processes throughout the organization to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Develop process maps, workflows, flowcharts, and procedural documentation across business functions.
- Develop and maintain quality directives, policies, and procedures, and support client quality inquiries and resolution efforts to ensure compliance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of anti-counterfeit electronic component identification, inspection methodologies, and industry standards.
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and quality requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with quality management software.
- ISO
9001, AS9120, ISO
14001, and ISO
27001. - Root Cause Analysis, Risk Management, and Process Analysis.
- Process mapping methodologies and workflow design.
- $70,000 Annual Salary

- Full-time, in-office role based in Tampa, Florida.
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST (includes a paid lunch break and afternoon break).
- Fridays: performance-based early release.
