Perform visual inspection of parts/material for cosmetic non-conformances;
Inspect parts/material for damaged material, nicks, raised material, burrs and assembly process errors;
Use standard measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, plugs and thread gages;
Use instruments such as optical comparator, height gage and transfer stand with dial indicator;
Set up and run CMM in manual mode
