Quality Assurance Technician

Coke Florida is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician based out of our Tampa location. Shift: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am on a 2‑2‑3 schedule.

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout production, ensuring products and packaging meet standards.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods.
• Analyze syrup, beverage, and/or water attributes.
• Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations.
• Conduct package quality inspections and audits; isolate product that does not meet standards.
• Receive and test CO₂ and raw materials prior to production.
• Maintain highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of prior production/manufacturing experience

  * * 2+ years of relevant lab technician experience.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to read, write, and keep records.
• Good computer skills including Excel and Word literacy.
• Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials.

• Bachelor's degree in a science‑related field preferred.
• Food/beverage industry experience a plus.
