Manufacturing-Quality Inspector II ($24.50/hour)

• Perform regular in-process audits to ensure processes and products comply with standards.
• Run required tests such as dimensional, impact, burst, crush, and any other pertinent or requested tests.
• Ensure all equipment is calibrated and daily plausibility tests are conducted and recorded.
• Maintain records of analysis, test results, audits, and other Quality documents.
• Lead Quality New Hiring Training and Quality Training for Production Clerks.
• Support production troubleshooting on the lines.
• Manage sample requests/returns (field returns).
• Support material trials.
• Perform application testing in accordance with functional requirements.
• Gather and organize testing metrics, including bug tracking, to support testing activities.
• Maintain test plans and test cases to achieve objectives.
• Ensure proper maintenance of QA test environments.
• Perform incoming inspections.
• Assist with test automation efforts.

• 3-5 years of QA experience.
• Associate degree or related experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a standard level of accuracy and organization.
• Clear communication with colleagues.
• Ability to interpret complex construction plans and specifications.
• Ability to write reports using Microsoft Word or Excel.
• Ability to work with a fast-paced team in a demanding environment.
• Ability to read and use tapes measures and basic math knowledge.
• Strong multitasking ability and capability to work independently under pressure and within tight deadlines.

• Within 3 months: complete immersion program and gain understanding of how your role supports Atkore's strategy and team.
• Within 6 months: align with Atkore’s core values, understand your position’s impact, test products using UL specifications, and ensure equipment/tools are calibrated.
