Position: Quality Assurance Specialist with Security Clearance

Position Summary:

Upon award, the Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure the consistency, quality, and completeness of all assessment deliverables prior to customer delivery. This position will serve as the final quality gate for all program outputs, applying rigorous review standards to verify that assessment products meet contractual requirements, organizational standards, and customer expectations. The Quality Assurance Specialist will implement continuous improvement processes to enhance deliverable quality throughout the period of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will ensure assessment consistency across all districts by applying standardized review criteria and quality benchmarks

• The incumbent will review deliverables for quality and completeness prior to submission, verifying adherence to format requirements and technical accuracy

• The incumbent will validate assessment methodologies to confirm proper application of scoring criteria and evaluation standards

• The incumbent will support quality control and lessons-learned activities to drive continuous improvement across the program

• The incumbent will verify findings prior to customer delivery, ensuring all conclusions are properly supported by evidence and analysis

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in quality management, inspections, or enterprise assessments

• Expertise in quality assurance methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks

• Background supporting government or large-scale security programs

• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to identify inconsistencies and errors
