Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Officer located in Tampa, FL. The Escrow Officer will manage the entire escrow process, including handling closings and ensuring the proper completion of all necessary documentation. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, acting as a notary, and facilitating residential real estate transactions.
Qualifications- Experience with Closings, Escrow, and acting as a Notary
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience in commercial real estate is a plus
- Relevant certifications or licensure as required
