- Certification such as SCYM (Specialist in Cytometry), ICCE (International Clinical Cytometry Certification), or equivalent is preferred.
- Perform daily operations of a multi‑user core facility, including quality control, routine instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on analyzer and sorter platforms.
- Operate modern flow cytometers and cell sorters (conventional and full‑spectrum systems) proficiently.
- Analyze flow cytometry data and assist researchers in interpreting results.
- Provide hands‑on training and ongoing support to users on instrument operation, experimental design, panel development, and flow cytometry software applications.
- Collaborate with investigators to design, execute, and optimize flow cytometry experiments tailored to their research needs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices to maintain reliable, reproducible results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Physics, or a closely related life science field is required and at least 5 years of relevant science‑related experience (including post‑graduate work). Minimum of 3 years of direct experience with flow cytometry applications, including at least 2 years in basic science or translational research settings.
- Experience with full‑spectrum (spectral) flow cytometry systems is highly preferred.
