Summary

Postdoctoral Fellow in AI for omics to develop statistical and AI methods for complex omics data analysis at the Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics, Moffitt Cancer Center.

About the Lab

Our lab focuses on building statistical and AI tools to analyze, annotate, and integrate multi-omics datasets. Research includes heterogeneity removal in genomic sequencing, enhancer function dissection with large epigenomic data, DNA oncovirus mechanisms, spatial omics modeling, and AI approaches for translational pathology.

Ideal Postdoc Candidate
  • Highly motivated and passionate about biomedical data science
  • Strong background in deep learning and/or foundation models
  • Proficient programming and scientific writing
  • Experienced in omics data processing
Minimum Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
