• Moffitt integrates excellent patient care with cutting‑edge clinical and basic research. Having a cancer hospital on‑site provides unique opportunities for translational research.
• Outstanding mentorship from expert faculty with wide‑ranging funded research programs including T32 Training Grants.
• You will be encouraged and supported to apply for training grants.

• Work with the PI on project planning; design and conduct experiments independently; document and organize data routinely.
• Learn and develop research techniques and lab protocols.
• Develop scientific writing and presentation skills.
• Work with collaborators and core facility staff on interdisciplinary experiments.
• Supervise research assistants and graduate students.

• MD or PhD in Cancer Biology, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Genetics, or related fields.
• At least one first‑author publication.

$64,022.40 - $89,631.36

Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job‑related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions. Moffitt is committed to maintaining fair and equitable pay practices and regularly reviews compensation to ensure alignment across the workforce.

Moffitt Postdocs are provided with medical insurance (Moffitt covers premium for team members) effective upon start date and eligible for dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, parental leave and more. You may be eligible for relocation assistance per policy.
