PMAD is seeking an R&D Manager to lead the R&D function for private-label and white-label CPG manufacturing. This hands-on, technical leadership role guides formulation, sample development, and product improvements, aligning customer concepts with PMAD capabilities.
You will supervise R&D staff as the department grows, drive documentation, cGMP compliance, and the transfer of formulas from concept to production, coordinating with QA/QC, Procurement, Production, and Sales.
