VIVA Manufacturing in Tampa, FL is seeking a hands-on Formulation Scientist focused on benchtop development and scale-up of solid-dose products, especially tablets. You will bridge lab work and commercial production, defining process parameters for transfer from bench to full-scale manufacturing.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years solid-dose experience in a cGMP environment, hands-on tablet presses and granulation equipment, and strong documentation and communication skills.
