We are seeking a skilled and health-conscious Private Home Cheftojoin a private household in Tampa, Florida. This is a full-time position with competitive market-rate compensation, full benefits, and 401(k) eligibility. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nutrition-focused cooking, flexible with travel, and committed to providing high-quality meals tailored to the family's preferences and dietary needs.

LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED
Position Overview- Location: Tampa, FL (with travel to Costa Rica twice annually)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekend meal prep
- Hours: Morning prep and lunch; dinner setup and departure by 4 PM
- Travel: Required to accompany the family to Costa Rica twice per year
- 2 adults
- Prepare daily lunch anddinner for the household
Lunch for 2 adult daily; dinner to bed delivered and set up at the main house
- Prepare weekend meals (lunch anddinner) in advance for easy reheating
- Maintain a weekly menu selection process with options presented in advance
- Provide clear macro breakdowns (calories, fats, proteins, carbs) for each meal - knowledge of MACROS is a must
- Ensure meals are prepared in a secondary home within the community and delivered to the main residence
- No folic acid
- Avoid gluten (not strict)
- High protein, low fat (except healthy fats like avocado, nuts)
- Minimal oil usage (preferably none)
- Bodybuilder-stylediet: lean meats, eggs, steamed/raw veggies, beans, occasional rice/protein pasta
- Light salt and minimal seasoning (prefer spice-based, not salty)
- Lean meats: steak, chicken, pork chops, turkey burgers, etc.
- Seafood preferred by one adult; salmon only for the other
- Wide variety of vegetables and starches (e.g., sweet potatoes, rice, cauliflower rice)
- Ethnic cuisines appreciated (Thai, Indian, Korean)
- Healthy snacks: protein balls/muffins, fruit with high-protein yogurt
- Lunches:
Pad Thai (low-fat), Thai-style grilled chicken with veggies, soups, chili (low grease)
- Experienced in health-focused, family-style cooking
- Knowledgeable about macro-based meal planning
- Comfortable with minimal oil and seasoning cooking techniques
- Able to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences
- Organized and communicative with menu planning and delivery logistics
- Willing to travel internationally with the family
