We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Part-Time Bartender to join our dedicated hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a tidy and well-stocked bar, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional service and build rapport with customers by understanding their preferences and recommending drinks to match.
• Accurately handle cash and card transactions, adhering to company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth-running bar and dining experience.
• Stay updated on new cocktail trends and participate in menu creation.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of the bar area before, during, and after service.

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, including a variety of cocktails, spirits, and wines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
• Certification or license in responsible alcohol service, if required by law.
