Greet all customers entering the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.;
Actively promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.;
Check in customers' merchandise for returns and check in vendor representatives; manage visitor logs and badges.;
Inform customers about events, sales, or promotions and distribute promotional materials.;
Maintain entryway and surrounding area clean, tidy, and safe; assist guest check-in for firearms/weapons by notifying the appropriate Outfitter; do not handle firearms.
