Muse (Sales Associate)
Primary PurposeThe successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to connect with guests, drive sales, and uphold the Kate Spade New York brand experience.
Responsibilities- Host guests with warmth, confidence and proper etiquette.
- Build long‑term relationships by engaging guests with thoughtful questions, dancing the muse moves, and suggesting outreach event ideas.
- Collaborate as part of a team, give and receive honest feedback, and celebrate fellow muse’s successes.
- Communicate the Kate Spade New York aesthetic, tell product stories, use product knowledge to connect with guests, and inspire with your personal style.
- Spot and articulate product details, keep the shop and stockroom spotless, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Understand the product landscape across all merchandise categories, multitask operational tasks, process POS transactions, and share ideas and feedback with the team.
- Apply professional selling skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive ability to multi‑task and prioritize.

- Available to work store schedule as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Base Pay Range$15.00 to $17.75 per hour.
