Responsibilities- SALES FLOOR:
Understands objectives and makes decisions aligned with Company priorities; take ownership of personal and store metrics and create personal sales and clienteling strategies; represent Coach as a brand ambassador; communicate current pricing and promotional strategies to customers; develop cross-selling and add-on opportunities; build lasting customer relationships through personalized service; maintain attire and appearance per Coach guidelines; support local sales strategies and tactics;
promote a team selling environment and a culture of teamwork and collaboration. - Build knowledge of product features, benefits, current offerings, and overall value; leverage tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling; follow up with customers to influence/close sales; manage multiple customers and adapt to changing business needs; ensure a positive, calm, and professional demeanor at all times.
- OPERATIONS:
Complete daily tasks without impacting service or Coach standards; maintain store, backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to standards; keep selling floor clean and organized; adhere to POS, Operations, and Asset Protection procedures; replenish inventory on the sales floor; support shipment processing, stocking, and stockroom organization; assist with cash wrap for purchases, returns, and exchanges.

- Experience:
1–3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment; knowledge of fashion trends and competition. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. - Technical:
Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), use of walkie talkies, ability to read price and product release sheets. - Physical:
Ability to work at a fast pace; communicate effectively; maneuver the sales floor, shelves, and stock room; ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for shipments/transfers; willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule:
Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role is part of retail operations with potential peak periods such as high traffic days.
